Return and exchange policy

Our customers may exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the delivery date of order under the following terms and conditions:

1. The goods to be replaced or returned are in good condition and can be displayed in its cover
2. . The goods to be replaced or returned are not matching the ordered product and/or have defects and/or defects that are not apparent at the time of purchase.
3. You can change any product by choosing another product with the same category while taking care of the previously mentioned requirements.
4. For our customer from outside Kuwait, in the condition of return or exchange please provide our customer service department with the shipping track number.

For return or exchange customer will be responsible for any extra charges from shipping or delivery companies.
